Your Water Pressure is close, and a new Impeller might bring that up. The range is 12 to 18 PSI on this engine. The oiler in your engine is a pump that runs on a nylon gear. These could break and the pump fail. The nylon gear would strip out. It is not a frequent item, and a 100 to 1 mix on oil might save you as a backup if your concerned. The slow speeds 100 to 1 is just a security blanket. BCB
