I can give you dimensions for a newer (2008) classic. But Im not sure they are the same as your older classic. One thing I know about mine, a 2×6 is wider than what BCB wants. They told me to use 2×6 but to rip them to 4 3/4″ wide (normal is 5 1/2″). The inners are 10 IIRC, and the outers are 6. There are a couple of other details, if we can confirm our trailers are the same from BCB.
