I am looking for used lower unit for my 03 250 xs. My pinion gear wemt out on mine and destroyed forward and reverse gear and cracked my housing.

I will Look into the remaufactured lower unit with mercury dealer. Thanks for the information.
Well thats nice of merc not to call out sei crap lower units directly. agree with aftermarket. Would ask who does those units for merc.C.O.D. Jr. III
