Great Service!!!! I recently purchased a 1997 Jaguar that BassCat had just installed a new E-tech on. When the prop was chosen for the engine something just didnt satisfy me. I made a phone call to BassCat and Jason, a new sales rep, returned my call. He was eager to help with any problems I had. I made an appointment to take the boat to Mountain Home for help. Little did I know or expect, but Jason wasnt the only employee that was willing to help me. Mr Pierce also stepped in. He suggested we take the boat to Bull Shoals with several new props to try on the boat and after asking me a few questions about what I wanted out of the boat. He suggested a different type of prop. It worked great!!! Mr Pierce knows his boats. A fuel guage malfunction was nothing for him, after only a few minutes of him lying on his back under the dash, the problem was solved. I sure didnt expect an owner of the company to have such a hands on attitude. Great Service!!! Thanks again BassCat, you have a customer for life.
