I seem to be kinda anxious.
bulldog, you cant catch anything but bream on the big “G” 99 JAGUAR 225 OPTIMAX
Oh here goes the trash talking already from the boys in my club!
No, we are not allowing dual entry. The take off and weigh in times are different. BCB
You just missed it. They did have the event. BCB
Follow this link for now http://bbcboards.zeroforum.com/zerothre … -date-poll
Guntersville is where it needs to stay. lol
Aww cmon it could rotate out year to year like the OI may be doing! An 18 boat tournament makes it kinda hard for me to drive to the big G. Guntersville is a little too far for us to fish regularly so we dont know our way around the lake.
hagler, you would do just fine in GVille. I had never been on it either and went from Texas to AL to fish SEBCOG. It is a VERY fun event. It would be well worth your time to go! The GAF in Louisiana is another Gathering that you would enjoy from all I hear and I hope to make that one as well when the economic climate turns around a little. Once youve made the rounds there you can also consider the TBCOE in Texas.Plenty of options and ALL of them are very good opportunities to meet and get to know some really nice people and have a GREAT time. Nothing quite like seeing all of those BassCats lined up in one place.Jmtfrisco, Texas
Ahh dont worry im sure there a few that have no idea where they are going…me being one of them, ive never been there before myself. But its just something about guntersville, october, frogs in the grass, that would make me say keep it there. Trust me I like Pickwick just as much as the next person, but that certain mystique revolves around guntersville in the fall when the frog bite is on, at least i hope so…casue ive read enough reports to say its excellent oin the fall…come on over itll be fun. Id say most folks are driving between 2-7 hours to attend. I am looking at a 5.5 hour drive from Mobile, Al and this trip will round out my must see lakes while being stationed in alabama before being transfered next summer. And dont look at itas a normal tournament, look at it as a chance to meet, fish and enjoy a weekend with “family” members, the “tournament” is just part of the festivities.Last edited by JSLAW on August 24th, 2010, 2:46 pm, edited 1 time in total.
Guntersville hits everything from Alabama and Tennessee, to Mississippi and Georgia,. This is why that site was selected by Kelly and others, over Lay Lake for SEBCOG. BCB
I wish I could make it over there but the dates are not good for me. I have 3 tournaments in pickwick in October. Maybe I can make it next year. Oh and JSLAW they are already on the frog bite at pickwick. Two weekends ago they ate the paint off of a white and red Tru Tungsten frog.

If I relax and stay up socializing way to late with rifraf like Kelly, Jay, and the such I have fun and catch more fish once my head quits throbbing. You dont want a fast rection on a frog bite anyway
Or it can stay at Guntersville.
Ill be sure and send you a pic or two Sgt. hehehhehe
