I was told by a fellow BassCatter (Lurch on the board) that he had been fishing up in Arkansas whether they like it or not and he has returned to a note on his truck. No specifics on the contents of the note but hopefully that is as far as they will go. I sure sympathize with you guys. Im mad about one ramp being closed on Toledo Bend and I have 100 others still to use but that one closure chaps my hide.
