I have had both sized boats (18 and 19.) Really depends on what you want most. If you want a steady diet of 75mph, then the PII/200 is the way to go. If upper 60s or maybe 70 is OK for you, then the Sabre might fit you better. I own the 19 version now and was initially a bit concerned since I fish in a lot of tight places. I have not noticed any significant difference (other than one extra foot of length) as far as fishing goes. If you regularly fish with 3, the 19 boat is probably a better choice. Just yourself or yourself and one other, and an 18 is long enough. Not sure you will be able to tell a lot of difference between the two in terms of overall handling (other than top end and a bigger motor with more torque) and rough water. So it comes down to will the sabre with more electronics be more to your liking, or the PII with not as much extra stuff (but with a 200 motor) be more along the lines of what you want. Always remember, it is EASY to add things later, so long as you dont want to add another foot of length or a motor beyond 175 hp. 2008 Pantera Classic2014 Mercury Pro XS 200
