Just got back from lake fork and all I can say is WOW! Although we didnt catch any 10lb fish there was an abundance of 3 to 5 lb fish with the occasional 6 to 7lb fish thrown in . We caught most of our fish up in the 515 bridge area in the backs of pockets in two foot of water or less. Most of them were on the bed or thinking about it anyways! Two days 59 fish none under three pounds, YUP on goin back next year!!!
It is a great place to fish. I go there about 3 times per year. Of course, being a Native Texan transplanted to Bama, I am partial. However, I live close to the Lake Guntersville and that is one sweet location too.
