We always stay at Bridge Bay. It is reasonably priced and the accomodations are nice. Not luxurious but nice and clean. If you are bringing your family opt for one of the 6 person cabins at the waters edge. They have 2 boat launches, a very nice boat shed with electrical power, a cleaning station at the boat shed with power and water, Ice is avaliable at the resort headquaters and as Toledo mentioned they have a nice resturant right across the street within easy walking distance. Also it is centrally located so you can trailer anywhere you want north and south within an hour. 1215 is 35 minutes, negreet is 20 minutes, indian mounds is 30 minutes or less, the Texas flats are right across the bridge within a 5 minute trailer or boat ride. Also, dont underestimate the cove at Bridge Bay, we have caught several fish over 10 lbs right there and a whole bunch of quality fish have been released in that cove over the last few weeks.
