One of the struts on my coffin lid keeps popping off, either when closing or if you just step on the lid you hear it pop off. Any suggestions?

You will have to bend the bracket where it attaches to the ball. Just a little at a time until it stays put. Not all that unusual. I had it happening on my Sabre and BCB told me what to do and it worked. The bracket is loosing tension and the bend is degenerating. The right direction on the bend will prevent the socket end from camming off. That is what is happening is there is a leverage point that is forcing the arm loose on that end from contact. Sorry your having a challenge on your rig. Im having the same issue on my 17 Eyra as well, both of my coffin lid shocks pop off when the kids are closed. Which direction do I bend the bracket? More or less angle?

If you remove the upper ball end and then lay the shock down free the bind will be evident and bend to remove the bind.
