Pump in/out not working.. Thoughts?

Had my live well running a couple of weeks ago with no issues. I went to use the pump in button yesterday but couldnt get it to pump. Any thoughts of where to start? I also posted this in BBC

first put one of your other pumps on that housing and move this one. Then you will know if its the cartridge or circuit.
