Places to shack in March

Ive been surfing the net for places to stay in March for the OI.. From advice on here I checked the following places. 1: Teal Point Resort. 2: Lake Norfork Inn. 3: Ramada Inn. I know many of you have stayed in these, and was wanting your opinions. These are the 3 that would be in my price range… $65-$90 per night. How far is the take off from these locations? Has anyone had anything stolen out of their boat at any of these? Do they have a place to run an extension cord to charge batteries?.. Thanks…. Im ready for March…

Norfork Inn is directly across the street from take off. Ramada Inn I think it in Mtn Home which is 15 minutes from take off and I dont know where Teal Point is. Police/Security really step things up around the area realizing and appreciating what we as owners bring to the area. Everyone is nice….so no, never heard of anything getting stolen although I am sure there are rare cases. Yes on the ext cord to both LNI and RI. I am ready too…lots of fun is promised! Judd Lasiter

Teal Point Resort is about 2 minutes by boat, and they have very nice docks. They are nice people too You may want to try Three Oaks Resort too. They are on main lake about 3 or 4 minutes by boat to the take-off

Ive got a two bedroom place at Three Oaks Resort for $84/night. That includes a boat slip also. Ive seen a lot of people signing up for their rooms, so they may be getting full. Hope that helps. KentKent Charles 2002 Pantera Classic & 200 Yamaha VMax

There are some options in town and you may also want to check Carlton Resort on Cranfield Road. Most of the resorts are older and some are remodeled. The motels in Mountain Home are standard motel lots for the most part, though they are workable. Most in MH are clean and it is only 10 miles or so to the lake. The majority of restaurants are in MH and unless you cook in, travel to MH is necessary for registration and the social at the high school also.
