Have a small chip in the gel coat that I need to repair. BassCat sent my a small can of black color to match my hull. So can anyone fill me in on the steps from here? Do I need to mix the color with some hardener? Thanks in advance.

Have to.buy hardened called mekp. Mix ratio of 2% mekp to gel. Apply. Cover with wax paper. Give it 8hrs. Remover Acetone.to remove any unhardened gel. Blend with 400, then 600 then wet sand. Rubbing compound, then wax.C.O.D. Jr. III
-Back trailer up on a two three layers of 2x8s to give yourself some room. I aint thin, dont know about you.-Pay attention to the directions regarding air temperature and how much hardener to use.-“paint” on thin layers. Patience is key. I used toy model
