Found a hole in my boat. Should I be worried?

I was cleaning my bilge area and found some bad spots and one hole. I have no idea how these got here. What should I do? Should I be worried? I cant see how water would get out from here if it got in. This is the 2015 cystic prize boat Margay that I bought.Thanks,Tom

If you are worried about water sitting in the holes just fill them with clear silicone.
