I have used just about every brand i can think of…. So far Seaguar invizx is the best i have used… I like BPS XPS its good but wont cast quite as far as the Seaguar. Vicious is good in the larger sizes 17lb and up but the 12 was a ltiile to wired for me. P line was decent. I mostly use floro crankin and anything but top water. Mostly 8, 12 and 15 or 17 lb test. Whats works best for yall especially in a 12lb test size. Im just trying to find whats working good before i buy a couple of bulk spools.
Im going back to regular mono and saving my money. I tried it for the better part of two years and I think it not as good as the old stuff. I was interested in it because I fish mostly clear water as its supposed to be invisible. My catch rates have not improved. I pulled out a combo that I havent used for quite a while with my old mono and it was stronger than some of the floro I had just put on a few weeks earlier! I guess they have to come out with something new and IMPROVED every year! Just my .02 , Neil.
P-Line Halo.
Spiderwire Fluorocarbon………also Spiderwire braids. Not that I am sponsored by Spiderwire anymore(quit tournament fishing 9 yrs ago), its just that Spiderwire is a product I have complete confidence in. But everyone will voice their own preferences. Ive had good success with Seaguar Red Lable. Ive used 10# on a shaky and 20# for traps and swim bait and it has done well. Inexpensive as well compared to the others.
Ive using mainly Seagar carbon pro. Its stronger and more abrasion resistant that any of the other flouros ive tried.
Here is the thing Seaguar is the only line mfg that makes and extrudes thier own fishing line. Many mfg do one or the other, but they do both. I use Seaguar Red lable for most applications, Abraz X for flipping heavy clean water or in Florida fishing. Before you buy your next spool of flouracarbon you need to open a spool of red lable and fell the th eline with your hands. Just try it!
What is the best in terms of castability and making long casts… Thats what i like. I havent tried carbon pro but the invizx will cast pretty good. I may order a small spool of the new abazx has anyone tried it yet? I tried the red label and i could tell a difference it wasnt a huge difference but its a little larger diamater and is a little more tempermentail. I just spooled up some p line halo PA i am goin to give it one more try this weekend. I am willing to give up a little strenght for more castability i dont mind re tying often if the performance is better.
I sell fishing lines and the Invisx is by far getting best reviews. I personally only have had luck with 8lbs and smaller. Try the sufix deep crankin mono if you dont want to keep trying expensive lines,Casts as good as any line ive thrown

I like low stretch lines that are very sensitive…
Seaguar is fantastic!!
Invis X or Abrais X are the only floro I through. Dont use it much but that is all I use. Like everyone else tried most brands but keep going back to those. Now for everyone else out there wanting a good mono. BASS PRO Excel…cheap in bulk spools and over all a great line. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAAAA klllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll,ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqq last line was my 7 month old daughter adding her 2 cents
