Width on Storage Buidling for a classic

07 Classic, it will not go in an 8 opening? Is this correct? Thank you.

I hope so I have a Sabre that I think specs the same width as a classic. If not I have to go to plan B. Unfortunately, I dont have a plan B yet (grin). misr12

I dont think i would try to force a Classic in a 8 hole ! Dont think it will go, but ive been wrong before ! Should take around 102″ for good clearance, and then id move by hand. D.

Classic wont go in a 8 wide hole, you are correct D. I have 10 foot opening on two storage places I am looking at tomorrow and a buddy of mine has a rent house with a shop out back that I am looking at tonight. Storage be high! Thanks all.

The problem is the door rails will make the entrance smaller than the 10X30 rating. Few places have actualy 10 doors. Oh and BTW- I dont even get electricity for 170/month… Can you spell ripoff?If we were staying forever in this house Id already have my separate garage built.C.O.D. Jr. III

Tom, My garage door opening is 105″ inside weather strip(appox 1″) to inside weather strip. 2007 Sabre FTD on tandem axle trailer has about 2″ clearance on each side. Needless to say this is push in by hand after line up with Go Jaks. Thank goodness water is up enough to go back in boathouse. Mackey

The only thing we can do on an order boat is to make the narrow frame trailer and keep it to the overall boat width. BCB

Measuring across at the rear of the fenders my 06 classic on a dual axial trailer measured 8 foot 2 1/4 inches wide. Hope this helped

Ward- I feel your pain, looking a place in maumelle with 12×30 (10) door and a place in otter creek 10×30, woman claims the door is shade less than 10 foot. Going to look at both today and see which will be easier to put in. No electricity at either! DU-OH! -Lee

I went out to measure my garage opening and its the same as yours. I just purchased 600lb rated trailer dolly to move my boat in and out since the tolerances are going to be that close. I hope I can maneuver my boat okay with the trailer dolly. I should be okay. Thanks again.
