You will receive a Quest hat with a letter. And the Warranty and Quest are both activated.Thank You, BCB
Great, I already bought one Bass Cat hat and have almost wore it out already. I hope to do you guys proud in the tournaments next year. I won three with over 120 anglers this year and placed second in three that had just as many or more. (Total winnings this year was over 13,000 with some shared) I would like to know which ones will qualify for the Quest next year. Reguardless I will take pics in bass Cat gear and post. I just hope next year is as successful as this year.ElwoodElwood…..Bass Cat Proud
Elwood,Quest is the most open incentive program out there. Though in order to be so, it is also one of the more complex. The Quest Board has all of the events listed by state that have been individually sanctioned by Owners or Dealers. Owners have a limit based on where they are located from a dealership on how many they can sanction. Dealers have a limit based on exposure as to how many they can sanction. The automatic qualifiers are listed in the Quest flyer or on the regulations on the web site. The limits of annual winnings, and numbers of participants are listed. WE DO REQUIRE A PICTURE AT THE WEIGH IN! This is one of the most consistent reasons a Quest win is rejected. Another one is the event was not sanctioned. We can not stay in business and sanction every Quest win.We would have to drastically increase the cost of boats and Quest membership in order to do so. Once an event is sanctioned, it is sanctioned for all Bass Cat Owners, so you can network with other BCB Owners to increase sanctioned events. Just read up and then follow the guidelines and you will be fine.BCB
BCB,We have one new dealership (Bayou Outdoors) and I heard another (Smith Marine) in the area and as far as I know about four – eight boats in the area (Homer Humpherys being one). There are several circuts in the area and I was wondering what it would take to get Bass cat involved. One that I particpate in is called the Thurday Night Cross Lake Tournament and normally has 60 -90 boats involved in a 3-4 hour evening tournament. Sounds like small change but to take an event like this requires a solid game plan and perfect execution to take a check home. I have seen four different Bass cats in it and would love to advertise and get more folks interested in Bass Cat Boats, exspecially with the new dealerships opening in the area. Is there anything that i can do to help? Loking to expand the familyElwoodElwood…..Bass Cat Proud
Bayou Outdoors is the area dealership. There are more boats than this in your area. Of course Homer is there as well. The involvement runs through our local dealers and field reps. then through to us. The circuits are the ones who would request that. We do not do much with the weekly evening and weekend events. These we leave to the local dealers for promotion. The Quest sanctioning would go through Bayou if you wanted a sanction. There on a weekly event we would do one a month in most cases, plus a year end fishoff. BCB
I will check with Bayou marine and do what ever I can to build the family. I mentioned the evening tournaments only because it has some of the highest participation in the area and some tough competition.Rock on BCBElwoodElwood…..Bass Cat Proud
We do not require it, which is why Stren and FLW ran under the unreleased private program.
I sent my Quest membership dues in today. That does register me for the lifetime warrenty, doesnt it?Will I recieve any paperwork to verify the warrenty is in my name?ElwoodElwood…..Bass Cat Proud
Quest Membership follows your ownership of the boat and is tied to your boats serial number. Be sure to sign up through BCB at 870-481-5135, and Marcy handles that. If she is not in when you call, visit with Donna and see if she can help. The information on Quest is on the Quest board including the latest revised regulations for 2010. BCB
We assume you followed directions and contacted Marcy. They are closed now, so we hope you got it done, or dont have luck that makes you sorry you didnt. BCB
That’s a good question as we don’t know. Though we will find out who does that and see the info.
