I am pricing to buy my first bass boat. Im thinking Margay with Yami SHO 150. The closest dealer is an hour and a half away. Interested in the vision tour package with trolling motor gps/finder on dash with bow finder. Anyone gave any idea on a rough price?

Price will depend on equipment though a Yamaha 150 SHO will cost considerably more than the 150VZ, Pro XS or Merc 4 Stroke. Pick your engine choice as you have and the equipment you prefer and start reducing if your budget needs tweaking. BCB

Thanks. Im hoping to be able to be under 30k out the door with a 150. Does not have to be a sho but would prefer one.

Get the 150 Merc 4stroke more service centers, stouter displacement, NOTHING fancy to break, and its a Merc so whats their not to love, ha ha ha…..if your Yamaha only id suggest the F150 4stroke, its been made for years, is reliable as hell, and fast…..Unless you have to get that Goofy Skunk stripe, a Rattle can help with that fade…

The Mercury is a 3.0 litre beast with a gearcase to match, and testing to back it up. It is also the lightest of the fourstroke engines. The inline four configuration and sequential port efi is all proven reliable technology, with less parts to cause issues. I showed you a great place to start !
