Friend of mine is running this in his P4, its an 07 but design layout should roughly be the same. He has the saddle tanks in his rear so it does make for a tight fit. He has three batteries next to the port side saddle tank, with one single battery tray for one battery located towards the front of the compartment, then the dual battery tray for the other batteries located directly behind the single tray. And his cranking battery is next to the oil resevoir on the opposite side, it is a tight fit with the three batteries on that side and the trays are pretty much touching each other, though it is laid out well and works good for his setup. Though I am not necessarily sold that you need to run four batteries, alot of folks run the 3 battery system setup, with the cranking battery as their third battery for the troller.
