Seeking mentorship from Nashville/Murfreesboro area anglers. Some background on me. I began fishing about a year ago and have two friends whom are boat owners, but they both have odd schedules and we only hook up rarely. For those of you have frequent this forum often, have probably seen the thread around “Bass Cat Challenge,” which outlines my weight loss challenge with one of the rewards being a boat! The goals of this would be to learn more about boat safety, fishing techniques, lake familiarity, and also meeting new folks.
