I am looking to buy a Cougar/Puma or an Eyra under 35K. In Texas so somewhat close would be better.

I know it doesnt match your wish list perfectly but check out my “Missouri 2013 Cougar” on this same page. My research indicates this is the most competitively priced 2013 low hour Cougar on any of the “boats for sale” websites. Additional photos available, email me at glenandsondra@att.net.
