Open the compartment that your batteries are in (the bilge area) Sounds like your pump is stuck or dead. The pump motors are replaceable they twist out of the yellow housing. There is a little black tab that needs to be lifted first! What I would suggest is that you open you back lid then turn on each of your pumps bilge (There are two), recirculate, aerator, pump-in, pump-out (one at a time) go back to your bilge area and feel the top of the pumps to see which one is spinning. Once you identify the pump out pump you can try taping it or twisting the impeller sometimes they get stuck.
