Okay so I sheared off the Livewell Control Valve because it was stuck and I guess I tried to turn it too much. Any hoo, I am wondering if there is a schematic on how to replace this part and also the control valve itself must need to be replaced since it appeared it was seized up. I guess there is a wire involved too. Yikes!!

I assume you broke the handle up at the drivers seat. Should be able to get that part from BCB. Your binding problem is what you need to find. The valve is actually in the bilge area of the boat that has a cable attached to it. You can disconnect the cable from the valve and see if the cable moves freely and you can remove the valve itself and disassemble to find if anything is restricting movement there.

Sounds like you over turned it more than anything. You should be able to just replace the top and not the cable. Also checking the cable while you are in there. Contact Parts there bigfish, or your dealership. BCB

Hey I did not overturn it – it was frozen. Thanks Phil for the advice. Will do. I noticed there are screws with square pits for a tool to go in and turn to remove the handle. Does the part ship with a special wrench to remove these. I thought at first an allen wrench might work but they are square not hex.

No, the square head can be purchased just about anywhere……………………….Walmart included.

Those should be #1 square drive and the other screws in your boat are #2 square drive while your there. The handle is pretty simple to replace and while you have it loose the cable can be moved with pliers to check tension.
