BCB, I recently purchased a new BC and want to redeem my 250 at your store and also pick up my two rods and life jackets. My dealer has sent in the postcard and info to you guys last week. How can I verify that you have it. I live in Springdale and do not want to waste a day and not pick up my stuff. I would also like to tour the factory if all possible and pick you guys brain about my new cat. Is any of this possible? Thanks!
