BCB…Its been almost 2 weeks since my order was messed up…

BCB….I recieved my order on 1-7-08….the order was short one item and another item was the wrong one. I called Scott and informed him and he said he would fix it and it would go right out…on January 15th I hadnt received so I called and Bobby said it went out on 1-12-08..well its the 18th and still no package. I dont want to keep calling, is there an ETA on my items?? Order #6219Last edited by OK Basscat on January 19th, 2008, 1:46 am, edited 2 times in total.

Parcels are sent out UPS, and they can trace it next week. Obviously there is a delay somewhere. Contact Parts and (e-mail) and they can trace it. BCB

Obviously there is a delay..I will be out of the country next week, fishing…and without e-mail and internet. I just want my parts and dont have time to deal with this next week…could you please handle it???

No offense and am probably out of line here but then again I have always been a little out of line. But do you know what time of year it is OK Basscat. Do you also know that you are not the only person in this world. Very sorry about your order getting messed but I know for sure just like you and everybody else that uses and that has been dealing with Bass Cat for any length of time. They will get your order done correctly at whatever cost it takes. Was no sense in coming on the board and acting like you are. I also am waiting on some stuff I ordered before Christmas the only difference in me an you. I do not have to come on here raising hell and demanding things. Their are better ways to handle things then the way your handleing them. Plus I know from experience that this is a very busy time of the year and I also know Bass Cat will get me my order when they can. Obviously you have not been dealing with Bass Cat for very long and even more obvious, you have not dealt with other Boat companies !!!! Take Care and hope you have a good trip on your out of the country fishing !!!! JW

BCB will take care of him. I know the frusration when things dont go right. I was amazed at the professionalism they showed when I wasnt the happiest camper. Most of you guys are easy, its with pains in the as#es like me and OK that BCB shows what sets themselves apart.

yeah it is really very childish to come on here making demands. Maybe you should get you a bug boat or one of them Texas Lawmen boats and then see what you get. Johnny

So lets see if I got this straight, you all critisize the man for demanding something as a paying customer. Please dont put BCB so high on a pedistal that yall think they walk on water. They make errors just like every other business in the world. The guy has a right to demand satisfaction, yes I said demand. Its no different than if any of you were to go a restaurant and demand that your food was as you ordered it or if Bass Pro shop sent you the wrong item. Im pretty sure you would demand satisfaction. So lighten up on the guy.

OK BassCat , Im curious about what the items in question are. Are they a must have now item? Weve all placed orders at one time or another with other companies that had equal or worse shipping delays. Be patient! Sometimes just being a nice guy is tough but in the long run all parties involved will feel better. Glynn
