I dont think the weight was changed much as much as just “tweaking” the hull, so to speak. I have a 96 Eyra and seem to remember asking something along that line once. And Rick Pierce himself shared a lot of information with me about the Eyra when I took it up to the factory for some upgrades after I bought it in 2007.
