Dont get me wrong by far. Dont misunderstand my thoughts. The 1700 off wow! Wat a savings. My experience with this kind of saving is it benifit them (in this case cabelas) as much as much as it does the customer. Alot off times this happen when the more updated version is hitting the market. Again I will say I generally wait on these kind of deals. This is the way I purchase my hds gen 2 8. I saved about 900.00 a unit by waiting till the chains could get new gen 3 in. I mean if you think about it most folks want the latest unit available. Again I like this kind of deals. This concept is done with computers, cars, and yes boats as well along with many more products. Put to the simple they need to sell old inventory to make room for new inventory.
