First trip to Bull Shaols

The lake is in a funk now with end of summer patterns. The daytime fishing is seldom done herein summer, though you can do alright sitting on backs of pockets early and bluff banks in the day. Some smallmouth are biting during the day out to 25 foot. If your night fishing they are best on the brush piles that are inserted over the lake.

There is a forum for Bull Shoals under Ozark Anglers, just Google it, the guys on it are very helpful. I really like that lake. But I dont live close to it.

Gastons or 178 Club are your best options.

The schedule is back on Norfork, and everyone will want to complete the Bassmaster Elite loop of the four day event. They have some expectations they want met at Guntersville to make it happen here again.
