rpms seema bit high to me. would sound like over trimming but you have no torque. Is the prop new or recently reworked? Or is there any damage to it?And i assume for set up help you are asking for top end?
At 6200 you should be in rev limiter. Im assuming you have analog rpm gauge. They are generally off a little2013 PANTERA 2MERCURY 200 PRO XSMINNKOTA 80LB FORTREX25 fury
Possibly gain a mph or two if the prop gets reworked. Maybe not. My opinion is Id prop it to run at about 6k derby day load, 6200 empty and light. My 2 cents. BCB may chime in soon. Not sure if youve searched the topic or not but there are some good threads on here related to this. Good luck.
These would have to be analog gauges as the rev limiter is lower than 6200. Sounds like you can go a bit higher on the plate since you have no torque and only 1/4″ at a time.
