Mini led marker lights on 06 puma trailer

I am trying to find the little oval shaped 4 bulb marker lights that go on the side of my fender. Any help would be apriciated. The ones on the website dont seem to be the same. I have 06 tandem axle with fiberglass fenders

The ones on the website are the replacements. Ive used them and they work fine.

It is a different light. You would need four, two amber and two red, to make them match. $40 total plus shipping.

The replacement lights are a stick on model. The ones you have became non potted and sealed, which increased failures and we had to switch. The replacements are sealed.
