Like they said, “special request”. I remember when they said they would allow a 300 rating on an Eyra under special circumstances. They wanted to be sure the person was an experienced driver and could handle it and not just somebody with the money to do it and get themselves or someone else hurt by driving a boat beyond their capabilities.
