This is very simple, It just friction fits and can be removed by wedging it out (pry) and pulling the T moulding center out. The rear end caps will have to be removed with a #2 square drive screwdriver. Installing, take a shot hammer (dead blow) wrap the head in an old cotton shirt for padding. Then slip the rear end section in with a bit of excess to trim, then work it in the groove and take the padded shot hammer to dead blow it in place. Walk it in around the rail without excessively stretching it and trim the ends. Replace the caps and your good to go! You can insert windshield urethane into the groove every few feet if you like, though that is not required for most.
