Low Voltage, bad motors on pumps, connections and more all have to be checked before assuming its the ATen. We have internal protection in those units that shuts down and wont allow components to function that are failing. You can flip a cartridge from another pump into the housing of the aerator and see if that one still has an issue. Check the connections, the voltage and all grounds. Then if the problem persists its a good chance its a dash assembly, though we eliminate that component last as it is the most durable and least problems of the items discussed.
