Hi everyone. I have a 2012 Pantera II with an on-board Noko Gen 3 30 Amp charger. About a year ago I changed my 24V trolling motor to a 36V tm. I had Interstate 27 batteries that were about 2 years old and added another new Interstate 27 wet cell battery. I use the Noko to charge my tm batteries and bought a Guest for my cranking battery. For over a year the Noko has charged all 3 deep cycle batteries without a problem. Last week I decided to replace the 2 oldest Interstates with Deka dc31dt batteries. When I brought them home I plugged my Gen 3 charger in. The next morning, I had 1 green light and 2 red lights. I havent taken the boat out yet so I am getting a reading of 36V on my meter. Do you think the problem is with the batterys age difference, size difference, the charger or is there a problem at all? In the 4 years I have owned the boat I have gotten 3 green lights within about 6 hours regardless of how long I used the tm. I guess I need to know if I need to replace the older Interstate 27, the charger, or if the problem is something different. BTW I searched the forum and the most informative posts were from 2011 that recommended the Lester charger but Im not sure that would solve this problem. Thanks
