I am trying to remove and replace a Perko lock in my center box. It appears there is a plastic nut that you screw off, however its not budging. Anyone with experience on removing these? I dont have channel locks wide enough.
Do you know where to get the key insert mechanism that goes into the Perko Latches. My key is a rh001 and when the lock stops working. I have taken apart and found the little nipple that moves the plastic cam in the lock has broken off. Pretty expensive to replace the whole latch and not the part.Saw your post on BCB going thru all the pages. ThanksJoe Gest
