I turned in my Quest application and $100.00 for the warrenty transfer over a month ago and have still not heard nothing back. How long is the normal process? Not worried, just wondering. ElwoodElwood…..Bass Cat Proud

I received an email stating they received the application and later received a letter in the mail and also a nice cap which my son claimed.

Yes, they should send a reply stating you are registered and a Bass Cat (or Yar-Craft) hat. Donna is the Administrator in office now who should be able to answer your question. It usually takes two (2) weeks on this for receipt and it must be done prior to a sanctioned event.
