Just a quick note about Basscat. Made an order on line but i messed something up with my credit card/billing address/shipping address, and then received an email telling me it was declined. I called the next day, one ring and the phone is answered by a live person (amazing now a days), i asked for parts, one ring and the phone is answered again. Alan had my order taken care of in 2 minutes, and an email confirmed my part was shipped that day.It doesnt sound like a big deal, but it is getting harder and harder to come by service like that these days.Thanks Basscat
