Warranty work?

You always start with your dealer. BCB has worked very hard to develop a great dealership base, and this is where any warrant work begins. What electronics are on the boat ? Hydraulic is “fluid” steering, not power steering, and you have steering, but apparently have excessive torque. They will probably need to lower the engine, depending on how much trim you were trying to run. Where are you located ? What engine ? Prop ? All variables,,,, that is all knowledge your dealer should have set up skills with.

Start with your dealership. They should be able to fix all your problems and answer your questions.

dont worry, BCB will take care of you and so will there dealers.i spoke to a guy this past weekend in another brand boat, told me the nightmare he had to deal with his dealer and boat manufacturer, what you have is nothing compared to what this guy went through. just know you purchased a boat from the best company and owners who are willing to help. not sure why its hard to turn the wheel, maybe air in the line or something but the dealer or BCB have to look over what happened and get all the information before replying.again dont panic, your in the right place and i am positive this will be resolved.Last edited by socalpIII on March 16th, 2015, 11:31 pm, edited 1 time in total.
