The 97 Classic I bought came with a nice black basscat cavas cover. Im a bit confused on how the straps are routed at the back. Curious if anyone would have any pictures of one installed that shows how the straps are installed.

Kitch,that is probably a tent style cover. The straps loop back into a dead line and the buckle slides on the looped strap. The one strap wraps the cavitation plate and tensions the center strap when its trimmed down. Thats rudimentary on the description and there is more involved though it will give you something to consider.

Thanks for the reply. I think I have it figured out but Im going to do some modifications to it. Its a nice cover that was barely used but I think an upgrade is in the near future. I travel north numerous times a year so good travel cover is a must.

I just ordered one of the PIV dust covers for my sabre… For $75… it can be a little big… I just need something to throw over it in the garage when Im sanding lures, keep the dust off it.13 PIV w/ 200 MercIG: WarriorRiverCustomRods

I bought a used P3 cover a few years back for that same thing. I was on the aurora site last week and sent an email about an old style 1990s Eyra cover they had listed on their clearance/specials page for 2 yrs dark red acrylic. Didnt know about their post, just thought I would inquire. Never got a response and not included on the list that is linked on this thread.
