I recently made a post about some problems I found on a new P2 I ordered. Turned out there was a small hole in the hull just in front of the driver side console and the boat was obviously taking on a lot of water. There was also some issues with the trolling motor that turned out to be no big deal. I was pretty upset when I discovered the hole (which happened during the build of the boat). I called my dealer (S&D in Shawnee, OK) and he immediately contacted BCB. BCB was at my office the next day to pick up the boat. Two days later they delivered the fixed boat back to me and told me the problems had been taken care of. They also told me if this didnt make me happy, I could use this boat and they would build another one. I decided this wasnt necessary, but certainly appreciated the fact that BCB would have done this if I elected. I realize things happen, but having a company take care of the customer the way BCB did for me is pretty awesome. BCB customer service is definitely top notch.
