New boat?

Lets say that I ordered a new boat in June or July but it wasnt ready until after the dealers meeting is that boat a 2015 or 2016?

2015. Production order 2016s are built after the dealer meeting.

The factory begins release of model eyars after August 1st in compliance with USCG regulations. We know some of the competition seems to be oblivious to that regulation, though we are not. The words from the USCG when they questioned those in authority were, “dont get caught”! We choose to not be in a position where we could “get caught”.

Ok thats what I figured. June or July was what would work out best for me until later on in the fall but I just hate the thought of ordering a boat and then 1 month later its an “old” boat

You, the buyer, will then be in the drivers seat….Tell em you want the “old” boat price since its on the cusp of being last years model….10% to 30% off sounds about right….huh, Basscat
