Not sure if this is the same but my Verado trim was also leaking. Is the leak at the two “caps” on the bottom of the cyclinders? if so, you can get the parts from http://www.europeanmarine.org/partsaccessories.html and do a rebuild, the end caps on mine were hard to remove.. ..Parts will run $2-300 for the rebuild…anyway one started leaking again a year later. This last time I went to local hardware store and bought some hydraulic O rings of the right size and replaced the ones on the cap and so far no more problems…it is real easy to damage the O rings when you put the cap on…both times the O rings on the cap were pretty tore up…cost for the hydraulic O rings was 25cents each…make sure you lift the motor up and support it so you can get to the fill cap under the motor…as you will lose pressure when you pull the caps..there is a screw on the side of the motor you have to loosen to manually move the lower unit. Google and you will find info..
