Look under the dash at the top of the helm. There “should be” a hose running from the inlet in the helm to fill to a fitting that provides easy access for topping up. If it is not there, then you must find a way to get the fluid into the capped hole on top of the helm, again, under the dash. That may not be the source of the play! On the starboard side steering rod, there is a fitting held in place by an Allen head screw. It is knurled and is threaded onto the steering tube. If there is play between that fitting and the plastic spacer, loosen the Allen head and adjust the fitting to take up the play. Then tighten the screw.Be sure to post progress on the problem so we can follow along.
