I got my new Sabre FTD 2013. My dash mount Humminbird 788 started having problems August 2014. Pulled the unit when stored for winter. Sent it in 9days ago and received it today. They replaced a bad sensor. This was mi first Humminbird because it came with the Cat. When I upgrade I will lean in their direction. I was really impressed with the service. Hope everyone else has same experience.

Ive sent a graph back to Humminbird twice over the past 7 or 8 years. Both times was as you said, fast return. The first time was under warranty ( cant remember issue) and they sent me a new graph a few days later already updated to newest software. Second time I had a button sticking after warranty and I paid around 60 bucks I think. Got it back in a little over a week. I will stick with HB.

Glad youve had good service from HB. I have always received things quickly, after sending them in. Problem is, for me, they always want a fortune to fix things when out of warranty. But thats the way it is with stuff that goes on a boat.

Ive gone back and forth trying to decide which brand to put on next boat, but HB I hear as great customer service. Heck I can drive it to them in Eufuala if I need to!

I have never dealt with HB but I did have some warranty issues with my Lowrance. Return was quick, problem fixed, and they were very easy to deal with.Dan

I have to agree very fast turn around on repairs. Sent a unit in for warranty had it back in the boat just over a week…
