I know that most guys are mounting there pump with a muffler clamp to the seat post. I have a 08 Pantera and have a ton of room in the bilge. I was thinking of mounting the pump on the floor in front of my starting battery and the remote and relay box to the seat post instead. This way I would still have full access to the pumps in the lower bilge with no pump in the way. What do you guys think? Is it better for the pump to be mounted on the post then on the floor for jarring or vibration issues? Also it would be great to have a couple pics of pump installs……Thanks Guys!
