Ok,looking for a used boat again.Cant afford a new one.Booohoo,whatever,Ill get over it. Looking at different boats and Im wondering how much the radio option and a bobs hydraulic jackplate adds to a boats value.Or maybe more importantly how much it deducts from the boats value Thanks

I dont consider a stereo a positive or negative, and the jackplate could go either way, but you can figure a cool grand if you wanted to buy one, plus installation,,,,or more.

I dont understand your thinking on this gentleman.The radio may not be important to you,and its not a big deal to me.BUT it did cost extra to have it installed.So there is a monetary importance when comparing boats. Does anybody know what that upgrade costs on a new boat ? Thanks

There are two versions of Stereos, and whether or not they have seat speakers also. They can range into th $750 at the retail level, or down to $300 to $350. BCB

Thanks.Every boat I looked at that has radio/cd player has seat w/speakers.That sony set up looks pretty good. Thanks again
