My 04 PIV had hydraulic steering from the factory. Apart from checking the mechanical steering linkage a few times a year Ive performed no service on the system. No issues or even subtle changes have been observed. Is the system really that solid and generally maintenance free or is there some maintenance that needs to have been done or doing? Thanks. Deke
