So I just upgraded my seats on my 1999 P3 and when I went to install the sensors/mercury switch for the alarm under the seats,I cant seem to get them in the correct pitch so the alarm doesnt sound off ? Is it possible the merc/sensor switch went bad being in this position for a long perido of time?See them hanging in front of under seat storageMike Richard CFBC FOUNDER

No we have never heard of the pods failing. The angle is preset and see if you can hold the pods to shut off the system. Shake them also so the mercury is not lodged on the contacts.
