Getting a water Pressure gauge installed on the 2003 Sabre. Real quick question, What pressure is what i need to make sure it doesnt drop below? What is optimal pressure? Thanks guys. Trey

try to keep her above 14 at Wot and you should be just fine, wouldnt have a boat without oneTreat everyday like it might be the last

I run my Sabre 2005 XR6 WOT 5500 RPM @ 12 psi.Ive always thought that was low, but have had a new pump put in and still runs there.

Does anyone know where I can buy a water pressure gauge for a 2005 XR6? And has anyone installed them in the console?

Id take it to a dealer. No way Im getting near my console with a hole saw. Dealer can easily match up the gauge and bezel thru BCB and the install will be a piece of cake for them.

Jstew….you big wuss…..lol I did mine myself but had to have little liquid courage to get me past cutting a great boat. Once that was over with it was a cake walk….just remember…measure 15 times and cut once. Really it was not that hard except for the first cut.ElwoodElwood…..Bass Cat Proud

I got the water pressure gauge from BCB and will install next week. I also got a volt gauge as well. I am suprised this isnt standard from the factory. My goal is to measure and drill 1/4 to begin with. Then take a dremel and enlarge to fit from there.
