Fished my first club tourney with my new PII and very pleased. Blew the doors off a couple of tritons and a skeeter with 225s!!! Broke livewells in and all systems worked fine……Would suggesy BCB look into making the handle holes in the rod box larger…. couple rods difficult to fit (carrot stick and falcon) and actually pushed out one of the rubber rings…

Glad you enjoyed it and we will have them check into that. Plus make sure the grommets are in place and lips locked in the holes.

Yesah those big butted handles knock out the rubber stoppers. I just leave two of the plugs out for the 2 rods like that. http://www.vrbo.com/297770

Glad you like your new Cat!! I had the same problem with those rod handle holes. I dont know if your rig came with the bungee cord stretched across the holes, to hold the rods tight or not. But thats how Ive knocked the rubber grommets out. I just loosend the strap…and it solved the problem. The rods dont seem to move much without the strap there. Or…as someone said, just leave the grommet out in the holes you are having problems with.

Guys Ricks boat is GORGEOUS! And the takeoff format and location lended itself well for one heck of a boat race at the beginning. I had the pleasure of seeing Ricks boat come by me at WOT twice while I was fishing and it is flat out flying, and looks great doing it. Congrats again Rick on your purchase – you did well.
